With Constitutional Law Course, it is mainly aimed to give a formation on constitutional rights and freedoms at the Faculties of Law, Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Faculties of Communication. In addition, with this course, wide-angle information about the organs of state structure, the functioning of these organs and also their relations to each other is provided to. In summary, students completed Constitutional Law course are expected to have knowledge on constitutional law conceps, hierarchy of rules, procedures of making a new Constitution and constitutional amendments, types of states, governmental systems, democracy, elections, political parties, the resources, content and boundaries of constitutional rights and freedoms, legislative power, executive power and also judicial review.However, students with theoretical knowledge they have acquired, will have consciousness on the opportunities provided to individuals by law. In addition, Constitutional Law course also gives possibility to students to follow and evaulate current political and constitutional developments.
